💜 Recreational Class Payment Policy
Recreational classes are prepaid services. Tuition must be paid in full before the athlete participates in class. If payment has not been received, the athlete may return once the account is paid.
💜 Recreational Students – Drop Class/Program
To discontinue a recreational class and prevent charges for the upcoming month, parents must provide written notice to info@golutan.com at least 10 days before the start of the next month. Without timely written notice, the upcoming month's tuition will remain due.
💚 Allstar Team Payment Policy
Allstar athletes are under a season financial commitment. Tuition and required fees must be paid by their scheduled due dates. Past-due accounts may result in the athlete sitting out of practices/activities until the account is brought current. Late fees may apply. All financial matters must be handled directly with Coach Gardner.
💚 Allstar Team Athletes – Drop Program
Allstar athletes make a season-long commitment and are under contract for the duration of the season. Athletes leaving the program before the end of the contracted season are subject to the early-termination/break fee stated in their signed Allstar agreement, along with any other outstanding balances due.
